• Skilled Work Experience

You must have a minimum of 1 year of full-time, continuousskilled work experience gained within the past 10 years or an equal amount of part-time experience in an occupation classified under NOC Skill Level 0, A, or B.

• English or French Language Proficiency

You must meet a minimum requirement for language ability by scoring a minimum of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 7 in an IRCC approved language test.

• Level of education

You must have obtained at least a high school diploma wither in your home country or in Canada. For instance, you have gained foreign education, then you must submit an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) Report to prove that the education gained abroad is equivalent to Canadian standards. If you meetthe criteria mentioned above, then your application will be assessed on the basis of six selection factors and youll be awarded with a score out of 100 on the FSW eligibility points grid. At this stage, you must score a minimum of 67 points out of 100based on below mentioned factors:

All the candidate who satisfies the above requirementswill qualify to submit an Express Entry profile in the pool of candidates for the Federal Skilled Worker Program. Application Process for Express Entry via FSWP As an eligible candidate, you must submit an Express Entry profile online to the IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada). However, submitting your profile doesnt guarantee that youll get a Canadian PR approval. After submitting your profile, you will be awarded with a CRS score and a rank to be considered in upcoming Express Entry draws.
